On the contrary, I don’t think you realize how lucky these guys are when they land without stability. Sure they might have been exercising technique, but either way its a natural reaction/consequence to a flawed landing- evidence that these guys are going faster than they are prepared for. Amazing how lucky they were to escape disaster.

The wiggles you see after these guys land after a jump – I don’t think most of you appreciate how much technique it takes to not crash. The best riders in the world ride loose, barely holding onto the bars. That is the key to allow the bike to correct itself without rider input. Trying going 200 mph and keep your upper torso loose. Absolutely amazing.

Ha i bet this happened back in the day. This is by far the biggest thing to happen in the Isle of man. By far. The whole island works in through this event every year ever since they have had two wheels and a motor this is the peoples religion over there. So great to be there.

No shit. Two a year on average not including the serious injury’s is the standard fee for this. A rider from my country New Zealand died last year. Clipped the chapel wall (tight inside corner) and bounced up into the buss stop roof. It would have been quick is an understatement there. Most extreme sport there is as far as im concerned. Faster, faster, faster still. Till the love of speed eclipsises my fear of death.

No disrespect to the moto gp guys they are all top in there class. But this is the top class for the real deal. This does not have the money or market gp does. This is where the pure riders go to simply because track no longer does it for them. Like guy martian said once you taste tt the track is just a sand pit and conditioning till you can do this once a year. Make no mistake this is the very edge and it comes at the price expected. This is amazing!
