The brotherhood of bikers

One of the things that’s great about being a biker is that we often ride alone, but we’re all part of something much bigger.

Hog, Scooter, Sportsbike…. It doesn’t matter what you ride.
I’ve never experienced anything that bonds us to complete strangers like being part of the biking fraternity.

The backstory:

This poor lad it trying to learn the knowledge so he can become a cabbie. He was stranded about 25 miles away from home on an unlit stretch of road between Staines Upon Thames and Ashford when his bike broke down.

yeh and ive been having problems with the visor inserts the pinlock doesnt seem to be a perfect snug fit and water gets behind it, but only in really heavy showers

Great helmet, but do you also get water down the inside of the visor if it’s not ‘snap’ shut closed?

What a hero 😀 Good to see that some of us still stick with the old ways. I was stuck at a side of a dual carriage way once for a good 4 hours, absolutely no one stopped.

You should be proud of yourself mate, what a great attitude. That was really going above and beyond. If only more people in the world acted the way you did in this video… Nice to see someone going out of their way to just simply help another person out. He could have easily just driven by and not even think to stop but he didn’t. I hope a lot more people see this video and go out of their way the next time they see someone in need. Props to you man.

WEEM!!!! on behalf of all those that go about on 2 wheels!YOU MINTA!!!!!!!!!!!! Quality bloke!I want a button to more than like!This is another reason why i love bikes and biking! I would have no clue how to fix anything other than the basic “bodge it and scarper!” but would still stop and do what i could!

This is what the brotherhood is all about. Far too often you see bikers just ignore those at the side of the road.. Glad to see there are still a few decent people about.

Respect to you mate. really nice to see that there are some genuine people out there. I try explaining this to my parents (I am on the road with a moped next month) I try to explain that bikers aren’t just people on the road, it is a community! This just proved it.

Actually yes.The police came and made us push our bikes a but further down the road beyond the barrier – and then they threatened to fine me £60 for having a small numberplate.But it’s wasn’t relevant to the spirit of this vlog, so I left it out.
