Finally my trip ended and I had to come home 🙁 I start off in the small fishing village of Peel before heading around to Douglas to catch my ferry home.

After lots of straight-line miles up and down motorways and A roads to meets and to and from work … my tyres were knackered. They weren’t bald (getting there), but they’d squared enough to make the front feel floaty when tipping into corners and so new boots were needed. So, I popped down to Steve Jordan Motorcycles to have them fitted, but on the way I thought I’d give my old Bridgestone BT-016’s a Viking send-off 🙂 And yea – I stalled it 😀 It was due to rain later, so I had my big winter gloves on for the first time this year. It’s been a long time coming, but I finally got to go to the legendary Isle of Man.And yea, I get totally lost, but to be fair, it’s a great place to lose yourself 🙂 I head down towards Castletown, pay my respects at the Fairy Bridge and then swing around the SW coastline before rejoining the A3 (eventually) and head to Glen Helen, where I was staying at the Glen Helen Inn. The island is like a mini Scotland and is very green and lush …. but you should go see for yourself 🙂
