The biker made himself into the bigger man, plus he was clearly in the right if the car driver continued to push for a fight. If the car driver had started to hit the biker, there would have been no legal question of self defense if the biker had chosen to hit back. If the motorist was hurt, the video would prove that the biker was within his rights.
